Recreation Lease. Originally established as an additional monthly payment for the use of recreational facilities, most owners purchased this 99 year lease and no longer need to pay additional fees. At closing a separate title is issued if  the lease was purchased, otherwise a monthly fee has to be paid to the holder of the lease representing $50.00 to $100.00 in addition to maintenance (currently $65.00/mo).

 

Boynton Leisureville has many varied activities available to our residents. The following is a general list of the various groups and activities within our community.
